is ataully up to individual owner..some people will seperate it till the female is up to her normal size..some people will not even seperate the male and female at all..but best put the female and male together after the baby is wean and wait for the female to be up too normal size so she can produce another batch of healthy baby..

We are now looking for another "best friend" now that Coco is at the bridge. We have been in contact with a few breeders and there are possibilities. This new puppy would no way be replacement for Coco but a new "best Friend"for us. I feel confident that Coco would want us to get on with our lives. The difficulty we are having is one of would perfer a female and the other one prefers a male. I understand and realize that the choice is up to a individual. But, can anyone give me a reason to get one gender over the other.
