Am stuck on the Level right after you crawl out of the catacombs/sewers.
I've gone around and killed everything, and I can see the nightclub door, but have no idea how to get inside.
I think I've found everything on the level also.

What am I missing or where do I need to go?

There is a box in front of the lorry near a low roof, jump on that then on the roof and away you go!

Had me stumped for a while too =)

If a lorry is a truck I can't find a box near one

thanks tried too jump on all those boxes but coulden't id there a trick too jumping and thank you again
