I have played Hellforces to about half way and have been enjoying it. However, when i try and start the game the game appears to load up by the screen turning black but then it crashes to the desktop with the error message " Hellforces exe. has encountered a problem and needs to close"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and tryed diffternt drivers with no success. My pc is well above recom. spec with a geforce 6800gt card.

Can anyone help me sort this out as am gutted that i cant finish this game. Cheers.

Did you check your PC's hard disk drive for errors? If not, please do this. More then, maybe some software has been installed on your PC at the moment of Hellforces' crash? Anyway, please try to reduce unnecessary programs (chat clients, tweakers etc.) held in memory when running Hellforces.

Update you video card drivers. Also try to play again after a reboot, sometimes that helps.
