lift is in ... hmm... if u start this level u have to climb through window ehere u hear bad guy talking. if ur out of window, turn left and go all the way to the wall. there are single blue door. it leads to corridor with 2 openable doors. ome of those rooms are lifts (red posts) other are key to the basement. basement is in behind locked door in same house where u got key to the lift.
